Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC seeks a Part-Time Contract Attorney in California to conduct initial consultations on ADA defense for business owners, commercial properties, and e-commerce sites. Must hold an active CA Bar license and reside in Orange, Los Angeles, or Riverside counties.

Expect 10–30 hours per week at $60–$100 per hour, with a contract-to-hire option based on performance and fit. Strong communication and people skills required, plus willingness to learn ADA matters.

Part-Time Contract Attorney

10-30 hours/week (depending on bar license/state cases)

$60-100/hour

Core Responsibilities: Conduct Initial consultation with potential clients regarding defense of claimed violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act - and willingness to learn this area of the law. Potential clients are owners of businesses, commercial property owners, and e-commerce website businesses. Handle some of these cases on behalf of the business, website owner, or real estate owner.

Qualifications/Skills

• Great people skills and willingness to train regarding claims filed under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• Claim types include- ADA claim concerns disability access to commercial property and physical structures, as well as ADA claim concerns websites and how to make them accessible to persons with visual disabilities.
• Must have a clear, concise and commanding communication style and comfortable speaking with potential clients directly.
