Job summary

The County Assessment Analyst reports to the Ad Valorem Division within the Oklahoma Tax Commission, supervising County Assessment Analysts and guiding performance, training, and development. This role participates in the Annual Equalization Study and related audits.

Major duties include evaluating performance, approving time off, and advising County Assessors on appraisal methods, regulations, and data analysis to ensure accurate tax assessments. Travel and telework may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in appraisal or assessing real estate or financial auditing is required.
• Familiarity with mass appraisal and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities
