Job summary

Bi-Mart is hiring an Ad & POS Clerk in Idaho. You will process price changes, hang daily labels, and set promotional prices while supporting ARS and ad audits. You will post signage, face and stock items, and perform other tasks as directed by management.

Experience in retail (bookkeeping, stocking, or similar roles) is a plus, with preference for familiarity with retailers like Target or Safeway. Store hours are 9:00 am–8:00 pm Mon-Fri and 9:00 am–6:00 pm Sat-Sun.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to perform ARS and ad audits and keep merchandise accounted for.
• Print and hang daily labels; maintain signed, priced, and neat merchandise.
• Punctual, positive, and able to prioritize and manage workload.

About the Store Team

The Store Team is responsible for achieving and maintaining a high level of customer service and friendliness, which includes our outstanding Ad & Point of Sale (POS) Clerk. The Store Team strives to create the best shopping experience possible for our customers. As a community-based company, we want our customers to feel right at home when they shop at Bi-Mart.

About the Ad & POS Clerk Position

We are looking for an organized and hardworking Ad & POS Clerk to join Bi-Mart. This position is responsible for processing price changes, hanging daily labels, setting Store Promotional Prices (SPPs), setting monthly post-offs, setting ad sales plans, conducting Automatic Replenishment System (ARS) and ad audits, posting ad signage, facing, stocking, and other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to

• The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• The ability to perform ARS and ad audits; ensuring merchandise is properly accounted for in the system.
• The ability to print and hang daily labels, keeping merchandise signed, priced, clean, and neat.
• The capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude
• The ability to set priorities and organize workload
• The talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers
• The ability to provide excellent customer service

Experience

Previous bookkeeper, stocking, or retail experience are a plus.

Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also an asset!

Schedule

As an employee-owned company, Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday - Sunday.

Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.
