Job summary

Bi-Mart in Lincoln City, Oregon is seeking an Ad & POS Clerk to join our local team. You will process price changes, hang daily labels, set ad promotions, and perform ARS and ad audits to ensure accurate pricing.

You’ll post signage, face merchandise, stock shelves, and support management with various tasks. We offer employee ownership, competitive hourly wages, and a balanced schedule with a friendly store environment.

About the Store Team

About the Ad & POS Clerk Position

We are looking for an organized and hardworking Ad & POS Clerk to join Bi-Mart. This position is responsible for processing price changes, hanging daily labels, setting Store Promotional Prices (SPPs), setting monthly post-offs, setting ad sales plans, conducting Automatic Replenishment System (ARS) and ad audits, posting ad signage, facing, stocking, and other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to

• The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
• The ability to perform ARS and ad audits; ensuring merchandise is properly accounted for in the system.
• The ability to print and hang daily labels, keeping merchandise signed, priced, clean, and neat.
• The capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude
• The ability to set priorities and organize workload
• The talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers
• The ability to provide excellent customer service

Experience

• Previous bookkeeper, stocking, or retail experience are a plus.
• Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is also an asset!

Schedule

As an employee-owned company, Bi-Mart stores are open 900 am - 800 pm Monday - Friday and 900 am - 600 pm Saturday - Sunday

Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment
