What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for the offerwall product
  2. Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies
  3. Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue
  4. Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company
  5. Monitor ad performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably within the offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing space
  2. Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets
  3. Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
