DUTIES/REQUIREMENTS

• Communicate traffic functions & capabilities to internal & external clients
• Monitor schedules and exception reports; collaborate with Account Executives to recover lost revenue
• Ensure all orders are entered accurately and on time
• Track client tapes using the traffic system; maintain paperwork and electronic order files
• Assist Account Executives, Sales Management, and technical staff in diagnosing schedule delivery issues
• Work with Account Executives to ensure proper copy is applied to all orders

QUALIFICATIONS

• High-level support skills for internal & external customers
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of general ad sales order entry practices
• Ability to work under deadline pressures
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business documents and regulations
• Effective report writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of Traffic System and sales automation software is a plus but not required

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Office experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
• Media experience is a plus
