Job summary

IMDb, part of Amazon, is seeking a Finance Manager to own the advertising P&L end to end and drive financial strategy for a fast-growing business.

You will forecast revenue, OpEx, headcount, and infrastructure, while partnering with IMDb leadership on planning, reporting, and analysis across Premium and Programmatic ads. This role requires strategic thinking and strong controllership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in tax, finance or related analytical field
• 5+ years applying KPIs to analyses
• 5+ years building financial/operational reports for decision making
• 5+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• MBA or CPA preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the IMDb advertising P&L end to end: lead OP1/OP2 cycles, run month-end close, present P&L, risks and opportunities
• Lead forecasting of revenue, OpEx, headcount, infrastructure and allocations
• Drive weekly/monthly rhythm: bi-weekly Sales WBR, Ads/MBS, and quarterly QBR P&L and ads appendix
• Own reporting across Premium, Programmatic, pro-forma, and 3P revenue, partner with BI to automate processes
• Act as SME for OpEx, COGS, headcount costs, and allocations with strong controllership
• Lead IMDb Leadership Team goals mechanism and Kingpin update
• Partner with business owners to frame questions and deliver ad hoc analyses
