Job summary

Amazon's Prime Video Advertising finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to lead consolidation and reporting of results across the portfolio. You will coordinate inputs from multiple finance and business teams to deliver a single, consistent view of performance for planning cycles and ongoing reporting.

You will drive monthly close, variance analysis, leadership-facing dashboards and narratives, mentor the team, and push process improvements to increase accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
• Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate revenue, supply, and expense inputs from finance and business teams into a single view.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close reporting and variance analysis for leadership.
• Produce leadership-facing reporting packages, dashboards, and narratives.
• Partner with finance and business teams to ensure inputs are complete and aligned.
• Standardize metrics and definitions across the organization.
• Support annual and long-range planning, coordinating the consolidated plan.
• Drive process improvement and automation across consolidation and reporting.
• Provide financial leadership and mentorship to raise reporting quality.
