Summary

Directs the sales activities of the operation by performing the following duties personally or subordinates.

Essential Duties

• Creates, designs and publishes advertising and marketing creative.
• Research and create copy for Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Build Facebook and Instagram ads and publish for clients using Facebook Business Manager.
• Review ad performance history and redevelop ad strategies for improved success.
• Create targeted and re-targeted audiences for creative.
• Attend fulfillment trainings and meetings to review strategies, tactics and ad performance.
• Communicate with Onboarding specialist for account performance indicators.
• Makes website recommendations based on feedback.
• Makes software recommendations to improve department's expenses and efficiency as well as productivity.
• Completes client work on scheduled and consistent basis.
• Research competitors ad campaigns and history.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Attends meetings as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
