Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies seeks an Associate Director, NPS Content Planning & Standards to design and deliver omni‑channel content for the rare disease portfolio, supporting patient, practice and internal customer needs. The role reports to the Executive Director, Content Planning & Standards.

The position requires hands‑on product management or experience‑design skill set for omni‑channel technologies, strong stakeholder management, and experience in patient services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 4+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry.
  • Minimum 2 years in patient services and reimbursement operations.
  • Rare disease launch experience preferred.
  • Deep understanding of patient services technology landscape.
  • Product management or experience‑design skill set for omni‑channel technologies.
  • Business acumen and ability to link insights across brands and channels.
  • Strong partnering, influencing, stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • People management experience desired.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay range: $145,600 – $270,400 per year. Salary adjustment may occur during the 2025 period. Total compensation may include a sign‑on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, full medical, financial and other benefits (401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, parental leave) as applicable.
