Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher; 4+ years IT experience or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years in Solution/Enterprise/Data Architecture or related leadership roles.
  • Strong software engineering background with design and delivery of scalable, secure solutions.
  • Proven success designing enterprise solutions in global, cross-functional environments; AI experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of architecture principles, frameworks, integration patterns, APIs, cloud tech, and data platforms.
  • Experience with Analytical Cloud Solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) on AWS/Azure/GCP across mid to large organizations.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise integration best practices.
  • Ability to produce architecture docs, assessments, and technical roadmaps.
  • Experience delivering business-aligned technology solutions and scalable systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to translate business needs into tech solutions.
  • Results-oriented with focus on optimization and operational excellence.

  • Drive consistency across cloud platforms, integrations and downstream applications.

Compensation Data

The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $269,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. Duties & Responsibilities
  • Define and govern solution architectures, integration patterns, APIs, data flows, and technology designs across related projects
  • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Capability Leads, external partners and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions
  • Provide architecture leadership across the full delivery lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and operational support
  • Lead architecture reviews, maintain architecture documentation, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, data privacy, and quality standards
  • Drive architectural consistency across cloud platforms, integrations, and downstream applications
  • Identify technology risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree with 4+ years IT experience or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of degree required. Previous SW Development experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, or related technical leadership roles
  • Strong software engineering background and hands-on experience in design, governing, and delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions
  • Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise solutions in global, cross-functional environments. Significant experience with AI powered solutions is required
  • Strong understanding of solution architecture principles, enterprise architecture frameworks, integration patterns, APIs, cloud technologies, and data platforms
  • Significant experience in Analytical Cloud Solutions (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) strategy and implementation for mid or large-size organizations (this includes private/public Clouds - on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and enterprise integration best practices
  • Ability to create architecture documentation, solution assessments, and technical roadmaps
  • Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and business-aligned technology solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capabilities
  • Ability to translate business objectives into practical technology solutions
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
