Job summary

UCHealth seeks a compassionate RN to join our Acute Care Transplant Medicine unit. You will provide evidence-based bedside care to complex pre- and post-transplant patients, including assessments, IV medications, telemetry monitoring, and coordination of multidisciplinary plans.

You will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and uphold strict infection-prevention standards in an academic, team-focused environment with ongoing education, mentorship, and growth

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RN license or compact license with eligibility in CO.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in acute care or transplant-related units is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based bedside care to pre- and post-transplant patients.
• Perform assessments, administer IV medications, and monitor telemetry.
• Educate patients and families, coordinating multidisciplinary plans of care.
• Support safe transitions of care and uphold infection prevention standards.
