UCHealth seeks an RN for our Acute Care Surgical Specialties unit in Colorado. You will deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care to post-operative and acutely ill surgical patients in a fast-paced setting.

Expect responsibilities including assessment, medication administration, and complex wound and drain care, with close monitoring for complications. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and use advanced technology and EHR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and determine care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor responses.
• Provide complex wound and drain care.
• Closely monitor for postoperative complications and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
• Utilize advanced technology and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
