UCHealth seeks a compassionate registered nurse for our Acute Care Transplant Med unit. You will provide complex inpatient nursing care to pre- and post-transplant adults, including assessment, hemodynamic monitoring, medication administration, and post-operative management.

You will collaborate with transplant physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, and therapists to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
