MultiCare Covington Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan and implement therapy services for patients referred for occupational therapy. You will contribute to a varied day-to-day workflow with a service orientation and good judgment to ensure comprehensive care.
The position supports both inpatient and outpatient services, with an emphasis on collaboration within a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Licensure in Washington and prior OT experience are preferred.

MultiCare utilizes EPIC for all electronic medical records. Department productivity standard is currently 69% for 8-hour day with expectation of 7-9 patients seen per day. All employees are expected to cross-cover both Auburn and Covington Medical Centers, so training occurs for both sites in the first month or two. Per diem staff are also expected to work a minimum of 1 holiday per year and be able to complete mandatory education/training during non-shift hours, but on the clock. New Employee Orientation process is very rigorous for the first few weeks to a month (and would likely require some time off from an alternate position), and certain aspects are mandatory with regard to schedule. FTE: 0.01, Shift: Days, Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 7.5 hours per day; but flexibility is appreciated.
