Mental Health Therapist Requirements

• Must be a *fully licensed* LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD
• Must be willing to see children, adolescents and adults
• Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings
• Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience with EHR systems for documentation
  
  

Mental Health Therapist Compensation

• $50,000-$70,000 depending on hours worked
• 1099 Subcontractor position

• Full time 30+ hours per week
