LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an experienced registered nurse to practice independently in a clinical homecare setting, delivering routine and complex care. The role includes developing long-term care plans, managing contingencies, and delegating tasks to team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of nursing experience, an active RN license, and BLS certification, with the ability to work multiple shifts in a full-time

Formación

• BSN preferred.
• 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work multiple shifts in a full-time capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care activities accurately.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, families, and caregivers, identifying resources and issues as needed.
