Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years RN experience in direct patient care.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that considers cultural diversity and involves patients and families in care planning.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care through effective communication and teamwork, supporting performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and promote evidence-based practice and research activities.
• Support resource management by developing protocols, participating in data collection, and optimizing care delivery processes.
