Job summary

Saint Joseph Medical Center - Joliet in Joliet, IL is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Acute Rehab unit. Schedule is 7a-7:30p, days, with rotating weekends and holidays and self-scheduling. The role requires active RN license, BLS and ACLS credentials, with BSN preferred and ventilator management experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
