Job summary

Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a dynamic Physical Therapist for their NEW Acute Rehab Hospital in Northwest Reno. The part-time role (20 hours/week) includes evaluating and planning PT, directing modalities, and delivering patient-centered therapy to adults recovering from stroke, brain injury, or spinal injuries.

You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to CQI and infection control efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires current state physical therapy licensure.
• 3+ years of experience in physical therapy preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and plan PT treatment and administer modalities.
• Direct and supervise therapy modalities for acute rehab patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team; ensure documentation accuracy.
