Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related, business, public relations or human services field.
• Current license to practice as required by the state (PT, OT, SLP, RN, or LVN).
• Proven management experience in health or human services; rehabilitation background preferred.
• Experience working with geriatric disabled population preferred; transportation required.
• Computer and current technology competence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of the inpatient rehabilitation program.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate program activities to meet goals and improve quality.
• Develop facility/unit operating and capital budget with client institution and Lifepoint.
• Supervise staffing and ensure adherence to policies and professional standards.
• Maintain positive client relations and oversee quality management activities.
