Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Treatment and planning: assess, develop, and implement an individualized PT plan; guide patients through exercises and functional activities.
• Discharge management: design home exercise programs and coordinate follow-up plans and equipment.
• Leadership: develop PT staff and conduct in-service training.
