Qualifications

• Must hold a New York State license or limited permit as a Registered Physical Therapist.
• Prior PT experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

• Treatment & Planning: assess, develop, and implement individualized PT plans; meet patient goals and administer therapeutic exercises.
• Discharge Management: design home exercise programs; educate patient and caregivers; arrange follow-up as needed.
• Leadership: support and train PT staff; participate in in-service trainings.
