Salem Health's Acute Rehabilitation team in Salem is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat a wide range of patients, including neuro-trauma, orthopedics, neurology, and stroke recovery. You will contribute to joint replacement and spine recovery programs within our Centers of Excellence.

Qualificações

• Holds a valid occupational therapy license to practice in the state of Oregon or is license eligible.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evidence-based evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapists, speech therapists, and care managers.
• Deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care with a strong emphasis on communication and customer service.
• Communicate professionally and effectively within the team and across departments.
