Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• OT (Occupational Therapist) credentialing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients' functional abilities and needs, creating therapy plans with physicians and the care team.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions to promote healing, independence and quality of life.
• Monitoring progress, adjusting plans, and ensuring thorough documentation reflecting outcomes.
• Educating patients and families to build understanding and engagement during recovery.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe transitions of care and positive patient experiences.
• Leading by example; guiding therapy assistants or students and upholding mission and values.
