Job summary

St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Enid, OK is seeking a dedicated LPN to join the Acute Rehab team on a full-time day shift. You’ll provide skilled nursing care in collaboration with RNs and a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current LPN license in Oklahoma.
• BLS (current upon hire).
• Venipuncture skills required.
• One year of full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting preferred.
• De-escalation training (SECURE) completed within 6 months of hire.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates in modification of plan of care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Assesses patient responses to interventions and documents outcomes.
• Reassesses the patient per Nursing Standards of Care and updates the plan.
• Contributes to patient assessment through focused evaluations.
• Collects data and documents changes from previous condition.
