Job summary

Adventist Health Castle in Kailua, HI is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients and supervise nursing staff according to established standards. Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• TEAM or TEAM-A certification required.
• BSN preferred; acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or group of patients.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of healthcare team members.
