Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, safe, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Organize and prioritize patient care activities with patient comfort in mind.
• Demonstrate accountability and ethical practice; address escalations when needed.
• Advocate for patients with holistic care approaches.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition promptly.
• Use SBAR to communicate findings to physicians and hand off care at the bedside.
