Job summary

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or DPT in Physical Therapy, be licensed in Oregon or Washington at hire, and maintain BLS certification. Additional specialized training or licensure in other states may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited PT program.
• Coursework/training may be required for department needs.
• Oregon PT license upon hire (or Washington license upon hire).
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Notes: license in states where care is delivered.
• Occasionally a position requires specialized PT experience.
