Job summary

Providence Seward Mountain Haven in Seward, AK is hiring Physical Therapists for acute care. The roles include full-time day shifts with 0.9 or 1.0 FTE, and eligibility for hiring bonuses and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Alaska Physical Therapist License required upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops, coordinates and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians and care teams.
• Provides services to inpatients, outpatients, HHC clients and long-term care residents.
• Collaborates with team members to plan and deliver care per hospital standards and APTA guidelines.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Ph.D. in Physical Therapy
