Job summary

The supervisor will oversee evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and discharge planning, while coordinating daily staffing and service delivery with leadership to ensure high-quality, accessible care.

Qualifications

• OT licensure required.
• CPR certification.
• 3-4 years of clinical rehab experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to staff therapists and coordinate day-to-day OT operations.
• Deliver occupational therapy services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with leadership to manage scheduling, coverage, and program development.
• Support quality and access initiatives and coordinate referrals and stakeholder communication.
