Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) of practice as Occupational Therapist.
• Basic Life Support certification required within the first 60 days.
• New graduates with a temporary license will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and interventions for residents and patients.
• Develop realistic therapy goals based on evaluations.
• Document patient information and therapeutic plans.
• Provide education to enhance understanding and improve outcomes.
• Incorporate current research into daily treatment.
• Provide ongoing training to peers.
