CHRISTUS Health in Santa Fe, NM seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead a clinical department, oversee shift operations, and ensure nursing care safety and quality. The supervisor collaborates with the Nursing Department Director/Manager and guides staff toward excellent patient experiences.

The role focuses on applying nursing standards, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service.
• Current RN license in the State where assigned.

• Meets expectations of nursing leadership competencies.
• Provides patient care when needed and supervises department associates.
• Supervises, coaches, and guides staff to ensure safety and quality care.
• Monitors infection control, medication administration, and patient safety protocols.
• Coaches staff on patient flow, rounds, and hand-offs.
• Participates in staffing and scheduling to match census and patient needs.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and Joint Commission requirements.
