St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support acute care rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy is required
• OTR or OT licensure/certification as appropriate

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans with physicians and care team
• Deliver skilled, evidence-based interventions to promote healing and independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to reflect outcomes
• Educate patients and families to support understanding and engagement in recovery
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to ensure safe transitions and quality care
• Lead and mentor therapy assistants or students and uphold organizational values
