Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) credential.
• Bachelor's, Doctorate, or Master's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress, refine therapy plans, and document outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safety.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions.
• Mentor therapy assistants or students while upholding our values.
