Job summary

MultiCare Health System, Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a part-time, PRN role. You will evaluate and treat in-patients and outpatients, develop and adjust treatment plans, document promptly, and coordinate with the care team.

The position includes weekend and PTO or sick-call coverage with a flexible schedule. Candidates must hold a WA OT license and current BLS certification, with a preference for at least one year of prior OT experience.

Qualifications

• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Minimum one year of previous experience in occupational therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan and implement occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy.
• Perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish and modify treatment plans.
• Provide treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient populations as directed.
• Document in the medical record timely and accurate records.
• Communicate effectively with patients, peers and other health professionals to coordinate care.
