TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Acute Occupational Therapist for a 198-bed trauma center in Farmington, NM. You will deliver acute care OT services across the hospital’s diverse clinical units, including surgical and rehabilitation areas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of acute care experience and must acquire necessary certifications. This position involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that support patient recovery and independence.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of acute care experience.
• BLS required upon submission; other required certifications can be obtained after hire.
• Candidates must obtain New Mexico or Compact licensure prior to start.

A 198-bed, Level III trauma center in Farmington, NM, is seeking an experienced Acute Occupational Therapist. The facility serves the Four Corners region and offers a broad range of services: medical, surgical, rehabilitation, childbirth centre, cancer centre, nephrology unit, pediatric unit, inpatient behavioral health, day surgery, and extensive imaging and laboratory services.

The role

The Occupational Therapist will provide acute care OT services to patients across the hospital's diverse clinical units. The position requires the ability to evaluate and treat a varied patient population consistent with the breadth of services offered at this regional medical center, including surgical, medical, and rehabilitation cases. The therapist will collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support patient recovery and functional independence.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of acute care experience
• BLS required upon submission. All other required certifications can be obtained after hire.
• Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure. Candidates must obtain prior to start.
