Qualifications

• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification is required.
• STABLE certification is required.
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification is required.
• Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care according to standards and nursing process.
• Supervises and directs activities of nursing staff across levels.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines using critical thinking and judgment.
• Develops and implements care plans; promotes safety and health.
• Evaluates progress and supports discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Collaborates with family, patient, and healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Provides health information to patients and families; mentors team members.
