Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Obstetrics for a contract position at Adventist Health Delano. This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum. Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent experience in OB/L&D.

The contract lasts for 13 weeks with a pay rate of $80–$81 per hour. Shifts are scheduled as day shifts at 36 hours per week with required credentials including RN License, BLS, and ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent OB/L&D experience.
• Must be willing to float to Bakersfield as needed.
• Call not required but willingness to take call is appreciated.

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Days | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week
• Pay Rate: $80 – $81/hr
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,880 – $2,916/week

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive nursing care for obstetric patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care. Work closely with physicians, CRNAs, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe maternal and infant outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years recent OB/L&D experience
• Acute Care Hospital experience required
• Experience with labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care
• EPIC experience preferred (EPIC Backfill Assignment)
• Must be willing to float to Bakersfield as needed
