Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Mental Health Nurse within the Mental Health Liaison Team at St Richards Hospital. The role focuses on assessing and planning care for patients experiencing crises and relapses, in collaboration with an experienced multidisciplinary group across acute and community settings.

You will work flexible hours to provide a 7-day Core24 service, with supervision and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of MHA 1983/2007.
• Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act 2005, DOLS and Best Interest decisions.
• Child and Adult safeguarding procedures.
• Evidence of organising and prioritising workload.
• Demonstrate ability to enhance care through evidence-based knowledge.
• Post-registration experience relevant to the care group.
• UK professional registration is required.

Aufgaben

• Assess and plan care for patients and coordinate onward care.
• Work as part of a 7-day Core 24 service with the multidisciplinary team.
• Liaise with other mental health services and agencies and with acute inpatient units.
• Engage in supervision and professional development.
• Deliver care in collaboration with Team Leader, CNS, Consultant and psychologists.
