Dignity Health's Chandler Regional Medical Center is seeking a Medical Surgical Acute Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced acute care setting. You'll perform assessments, lead care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient recovery and safety.

Applicants should have an accredited nursing degree, Arizona RN license, BLS, and ACLS within 6 months of hire; 1 year of RN experience is required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 1 year RN experience.
• AZ RN license required.
• American Heart Association.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.
• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients' conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.
• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.
• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.
• Documents according to policy/procedure, standards, and guidelines.
• Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.
