Job summary

Novant Health is seeking an experienced Hematologist/Oncologist to join the Winston-Salem program, focusing on allogeneic stem cell transplant and CART therapy. The role involves coordinating transplant efforts, leading treatment algorithms, and contributing to clinical trials within the Novant Health Cancer Institute.

The candidate will work with a robust team across Winston-Salem and Charlotte, with opportunities to advance cellular therapy services and phase 1 units.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Experience in hematopoietic cell transplantation and CART cell therapy.
• 3 years post-fellowship experience preferred with focus on patient care and trials.
• Experience managing patients with acute leukemia and allogeneic transplant.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of stem cell transplant and CAR-T/TIL therapy for the institute.
• Develop treatment algorithms and trial opportunities with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Support autologous and allogeneic transplant programs across the system.
