Novant Health Cancer Institute is seeking a physician leader to serve as Market Leader for Oncology/Hematology in Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding region. The role combines administrative half-time and clinical leadership, guiding 50+ providers across nine clinic locations and collaborating with hospital leadership.

The ideal candidate will be board-certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology and have 5+ years of leadership experience, with a track record in program growth and patient care

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a physician leader

Responsibilities

• Administrative (.5 FTE) and clinical (.5 FTE) duties
• Responsible for quality/safety/patient experience/financial/growth/strategy objectives of the market
• Lead a group of 50+ providers at 9 clinic locations and collaborate with hospital leadership
