Allegheny Health Network's Canonsburg Hospital is seeking an LPN to join the 2 North Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with treatments, document assessments, and support the care team to help patients regain function after illness or surgery.

The role requires a High School/GED and an active LPN license (or eNLC multi-state). Preference for 1 year of healthcare experience and EPIC familiarity.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• LPN license or multi-state licensure through eNLC required.
• 1 year in healthcare preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs general nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Assists with preparation of equipment and supports the clinical provider during treatment, examination, and testing.
• Collects assessment data, prepares patient for examination and documents information in patient records.
• Orders and gathers diagnostic tests as directed by the clinician and reviews results.
• Schedules procedures and obtains necessary authorizations; assists with basic medical tasks and specimen collection.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
