Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a registered nurse for inpatient rehab units, delivering direct patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates must hold PA RN licensure or eNLC multi-state licensure. Compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies is required; experience in rehab services is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Inpatient nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs a comprehensive patient assessment to identify patient needs.
• Develops and implements a comprehensive plan of care.
• Performs and documents direct patient care and patient education according to nursing standards of practice.
• Identifies and responds to patient condition to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Directs and delegates care provided by ancillary team members.
