U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking an Acute Dialysis Nurse (Acute Nurse) to deliver expert dialysis care within the hospital, acting as the primary resource for the Acute PCT. The role requires independent decision-making and strong leadership in a patient-centered environment.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality care, improve patient experiences, and support staff development while adhering to mission, vision, and compassionate care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred.
• One-year dialysis experience preferred; nephrology certification within one year.
• Current state RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct dialysis care and supervise Acute PCT as primary resource.
• Make independent nursing decisions using professional knowledge.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care.
