Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking an Acute RN to provide specialized dialysis and renal nursing care in our hospital units. The role includes ongoing dialysis treatments, patient assessment, and collaboration with hospital teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current MO RN license required.
• Six months’ dialysis and/or critical care nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with care teams.
• Customer service mindset in communicating with patients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and water treatment in the acute setting.
• Perform pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments.
• Initiate, monitor and terminate dialysis treatments per policy.
• Dispense medications as ordered and document in hospital records.
• Provide renal education to patients and family members; liaison to hospital staff and outpatient dialysis centers.
• Adhere to DCI policies and complete occurrence reports as necessary.
• Assist with additional tasks as necessary.
