Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking motivated RNs to join our team in Pittsburgh for full-time dialysis care in an acute hospital setting.

You will prepare and monitor dialysis equipment, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and coordinate treatments with physicians and care teams. The role emphasizes patient education and adherence to safety policies, with on-call duties across locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and water treatment with quality checks.
• Conduct pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments.
• Initiate, monitor, and terminate dialysis treatments per policy.
• Dispense medications as ordered and document in the medical record.
• Administer blood and blood products per policy and procedure.
• Transcribe and implement physician orders accurately.
• Access lab reports and report findings to nephrologist.
• Provide renal education to patients and families; document appropriately.
• Serve as primary dialysis contact for nephrologists and hospital staff.
• Adhere to policies and complete occurrence reports as needed.
• Additional tasks as necessary.
