Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Indy North Acutes in Indianapolis, IN, seeks an entry level RN for inpatient services within the Clinical Advancement Program. You will participate in dialysis care planning, assessment, and coordination across hospital settings.

This full-time role offers paid training in dialysis, rotating shifts, and coverage across Northern Indianapolis acute facilities. RN licensure and BLS are required, with experience preferred but not necessary.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure as an RN.
• Current or successful completion of CPR/BLS Certification

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic data collection and analysis for assigned patients.
• Document and adjust treatment plans under supervision and communicate with care team.
• Provide patient and family education on care needs and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and safety.
