Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS Certification.
• Minimum 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse; 12 months preferred.
• 6 months acute dialysis experience preferred.
• Hemodialysis/ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential nursing functions under supervision and guidance.
• Assesses and documents patient data during pre-, during-, and post-treatment.
• Educates patients and families about care plans.
• Directs and provides safe patient care for assigned patients as prescribed for all modality procedures.
• Participates in staff training and orientation; supports continuity of care.

Education
